Coaching several teams for the OPS Dragon Boat Club with race competitions, practice planning and execution, and steering.

Work Included: Practice planning & Strategy, Coaching of a community dragon boat team, Steering, Advising on improvements to individual athletes, strategic planning of race season and training.
